Overview 

National and local officials launched the first-of-its-kind Red Cross Ready Rating program in St. Louis on February 28, 2008. The American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter has developed the new program, which is designed to help businesses, organizations, and schools become better prepared for emergencies.
